Soul Rhythm Yoga is a non-competitive and fun yoga space for people to become more familiar with yoga. Classes are designed to inform breathing techniques, instruct proper alignment, and encourage creative expressions and individual exploration of yoga postures. Students will also have the opportunity to learn mindfulness and meditation to encourage greater emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
Soul Rhythm Yoga is perfect for: Students who have never practiced before; Practitioners returning to yoga after a break; Practitioners looking to brush up on their fundamentals. Soul Rhythm Yoga is led by, Dominique Hollis (200RYT) a certified yoga teacher. Classes are accompanied by the vibrant playlist of R&B, Afrobeat, Soca, Hip Hop, and more.
There are classes specifically for people of color and community classes for all yogis. Please read class descriptions prior to registering for a class.
